Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used care products (teak oil, sealants, cleaners)
- Custom-mixed products or special orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization number
- Ship the item to our Australian location with the RA number clearly marked
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Original payment method will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Members receive expedited refund processing
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item:

- Ship the original item back to us
- Receive your replacement once we process the return

Damaged or Defective Products
